This is an opportunity to work in a top-level position that is part of the CISO / IT organization while also contributing to the Run Lean strategic, cross-functional initiative.

IF YOU ARE

1. Experienced with at least 15 years in production environments
2. Qualified to design and implement enterprise-level architecture and solutions
3. Proficient in understanding corporate business processes such as payroll, recruitment, staffing, and IT service management
4. Well-versed in solution design and process optimization
5. Capable of evaluating and optimizing platform performance while balancing architecture and budgets
6. Skilled in leading and building teams of solution architects to implement complex transformation strategies
7. Accustomed to auditing and aligning architecture strategies across programs and projects
8. Competent in leading process optimization projects in large organizations
9. Experienced in integrating solutions across a corporate ecosystem
10. Familiar with developing frameworks that balance cost efficiency and performance
11. Effective in working on projects involving multiple teams
12. Thriving in large enterprise environments, understanding their complexities, and designing and leading solutions that drive lasting results

1. Play a pivotal role in simplifying processes, maximizing platform capabilities, and aligning architecture and budgets to organizational needs
2. Ensure the company gains maximum value from existing and new platforms
3. Collaborate with C-level and mid-level executives across corporate functions to drive impactful initiatives
4. Design and implement optimal architecture and solutions for internal transformation initiatives
5. Lead enterprise-level projects to optimize corporate processes and platforms
6. Establish and facilitate company-wide architecture governance processes
7. Build strategies to support long-term business goals and optimize enterprise processes over a 5+ year horizon
8. Lead a team of architects in designing and implementing integrated solutions across the corporate ecosystem
9. Evaluate internal functions, identify areas for process improvement, and drive transformational change
10. Maintain strong partnerships with business units to align architecture strategies with organizational needs
11. Promote enterprise architecture initiatives and research to implement innovative solutions
12. Resolve cross-program and cross-project architectural challenges
