Enterprise Architect – Diagnostics Commercial Customer Service

Location : Remote (Poland or Spain)

Start Date : July 2025 (only considering notice periods under 1 month)

Salary : Poland – PLN 325,000 per annum | Spain – €90,000 per annum

We are hiring on behalf of a global consultancy for a high-impact Enterprise Architect position. You will work at the intersection of technology, strategy, and operations, partnering with internal teams and external consultancies to shape and deliver future-ready solutions that enhance service delivery and workforce stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture across diagnostics service initiatives in alignment with global strategy
• Drive AI integration to optimize support activities and service workflows
• Collaborate with external consultancy (e.g., Deloitte) on the Fusion program
• Align with Aspire and Service Strategy 2030 to address architectural dependencies
• Deliver architectural insights that influence platform, tool, and technology decisions
• Communicate with senior IT and business stakeholders to gain alignment

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect in large-scale enterprise environments
• Strong background in AI tools and service optimization
• Proven ability to work with consulting partners and on multi-year strategies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in pharma, diagnostics, or healthcare industries is a strong advantage
