Job summary

Toloka AI is seeking an exceptional Program Director to own and scale enterprise fine-tuning projects across a major client portfolio. This senior, hands-on role partners with business development, product, and engineering to drive revenue through exceptional client outcomes.

You will manage process and client engagement, turning business problems into scoped, delivered engagements, working with enterprise engineering, platform and product teams to ensure flawless delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on consulting delivery with client-facing projects.
• Technical fluency in LLMs and fine-tuning. Not a coding role.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive them to completion.
• Experience with enterprise procurement and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with the client and scope end-to-end engagements.
• Take ownership of active client projects, managing scope and timelines.
• Navigate enterprise procurement, IT infrastructure, and security processes.
• Collaborate with CTOs and platform/ML leads across client teams.
• Translate between client product needs and internal ML teams.
• Partner with sales to shape offerings and grow the business.
• Build repeatable processes and playbooks to scale across clients.
