Bros Group is seeking an AI Engineer to join the Global AI team, focusing on Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM-based applications. You will design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions that create measurable business impact in enterprise settings.

You will work from discovery through production, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure and robust AI capabilities across Finance and other domains. Multilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• 5+ years of AI experience including 1–2 years with Generative AI/Agentic AI in real business use cases.
• Proven track record taking AI from exploration to production deployment.
• Strong Python skills and experience with LLMs and AI orchestration frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze business challenges and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
• Select appropriate AI approaches (ML, DL, CV, Generative/Agentic AI) for each use case.
• Lead end-to-end AI projects from discovery to production deployment and adoption.
• Design, integrate, and deploy scalable AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Ensure AI solutions meet performance, security, and governance standards.
