Bros Group is seeking an AI Engineer to join the Global AI team. You will design, develop and deploy end-to-end AI solutions focused on Generative AI, Agentic AI and LLM-based applications, taking projects from experiments to enterprise production.

You will help build scalable AI capabilities across the organization and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in Madrid. Required are 5+ years in AI with ML/DL foundations, 1–2 years in Generative/Agentic AI, strong Python skills, and

• 5+ years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence with solid ML/DL/Data Science foundation.
• 1–2 years hands-on with Generative AI and/or Agentic AI applied to real business use cases.
• Proven experience taking AI solutions from experimentation to production deployment.
• Strong Python skills and practical experience with LLMs and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical, scalable AI solutions.

About the Role

As an AI Engineer, you will join the Global AI team, designing, developing and deploying end-to-end AI solutions that solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable value. Initially focused on Generative AI, Agentic AI and LLM-based applications, you will take solutions from experimentation to production while helping build scalable, enterprise-ready AI capabilities

Responsibilities

• Analyze business challenges and transformation opportunities, translating them into effective AI-driven solutions


• Assess and select the most appropriate AI approach (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Generative AI, Agentic AI or hybrid solutions) for each business use case


• Execute end-to-end AI projects, from discovery, experimentation and prototyping through to production deployment and business adoption


• Design, integrate and deploy scalable AI solutions in enterprise environments


• Support the first wave of business transformation initiatives within Finance, while building reusable AI assets and best practices that can be applied across other business domains


• Ensure AI solutions meet performance, robustness, scalability, security and maintainability requirements


• Deploy AI solutions into production environments and support model monitoring, retraining and lifecycle management


• Adhere to architectural, security and AI governance standards defined by the Global AI Department


• Continuously explore and evaluate emerging AI techniques, models and technologies, assessing their applicability within enterprise environments


• Contribute to proofs of concept, technical evaluations and reusable delivery patterns


• Share technical insights and recommendations with both business and technical stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, with a solid foundation in Machine Learning, Deep Learning and/or Data Science. Within this experience, 1-2 years of hands-on work with Generative AI and/or Agentic AI solutions applied to real business use cases


• Proven experience taking AI solutions from experimentation or proof of concept through to production deployment


• Strong Python skills and practical experience with LLMs and AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or similar


• Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into practical, scalable AI solutions


• Experience collaborating with business and technical stakeholders in enterprise environments


• Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform


• Knowledge of agentic protocols such as A2A and MCP


• Relevant cloud or AI certifications


• Experience in banking, retail, pharmaceutical and/or manufacturing environments


• Exposure to AI-enabled business process transformation with measurable impact


• Experience working in global corporate environments
