Wave Group is seeking an outcomes-driven leader to own the company’s largest, multi-country accounts. You’ll drive enterprise deployments from post-sale to production, partnering with Forward Deployed Engineering and C-level stakeholders to deliver measurable ROI.

You’ll map client operations end-to-end, define success metrics, train teams, and champion adoption — with emphasis on time-to-hire, fill rates, cost savings, and hours reclaimed. Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• 3–4 years in management consulting, enterprise customer success, or delivery.

• Own the company's largest, multi-country accounts with Fortune 500-scale complexity.
• Lead enterprise deployments from post-sale through production in messy environments with multiple stakeholders.
