Opportunity:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this position will be sat alongside the sales team, providing bespoke Account Coordination support for the Iberia and Nordics Sales Team. The main function of the role is to ensure that our mandated sales process is followed at all times to comply with our regular ISO audits and to guarantee that the sales lifecycle is transparent and performing to KPI standards.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Liaise directly with customers, vendors, and internal departments in a timely fashion.
  2. Work with the client from the beginning of the renewals process through to delivery, including attending scoping calls (if required).
  3. Request pricing from vendors.
  4. Create proposals and quotes.
  5. Conduct follow-up calls.
  6. Manage the pipeline to ensure orders are placed promptly.
  7. Check that all documentation for won work is complete and correct.
  8. Ensure full and clear invoicing profiles are completed and support invoicing when needed.
  9. Update all essential information for smooth job delivery on the system.
  10. Maintain account records on the Salesforce CRM system.
  11. Work as part of the wider account team.
Requirements:
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is desirable but not essential).
  • Must be process-driven with exemplary accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a Customer Success, Customer Service, or Customer Satisfaction-focused role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to use initiative and work as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Strong business work ethic.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Focus on clients and customers.
  • Commitment to working as One NCC, being inclusive and respectful, and delivering excellent results.
