Your mission

  1. Lead the implementation process for our enterprise clients in Spain and Portugal, ensuring a seamless transition to Leya's Gen AI platform.
  2. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and requirements, and tailor Leya's solutions to meet their objectives.
  3. Provide hands-on support and guidance to clients throughout the onboarding, training, and implementation phases, ensuring they are equipped to harness the full power of Gen AI.
  4. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
  5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within client workflows, and work closely with internal teams to implement these enhancements.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on Leya's platform, providing product demonstrations and training sessions to clients as needed.
  7. Act as a bridge between clients and our engineering and product teams, advocating for client needs and driving continuous improvement of Leya's solutions.

Who you are

  1. Fluent in Spanish, with proficiency in Portuguese, Italian, and French considered a strong advantage.
  2. Based in Madrid.
  3. Qualified lawyer with a deep understanding of legal workflows and processes.
  4. Proven track record of providing exceptional client service and managing complex implementations in a software or technology environment is a plus.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  7. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  8. Passionate about technology and its potential to drive meaningful change in the legal profession.
  9. Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Package
