Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving enterprise account penetration in the Cataluña region and private sector sales and maintenance, aligned with Huawei's enterprise business strategy, value proposition, and channel engagement model.

The role requires senior-level sales experience with large enterprise accounts as well as mid-market opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Territory Sales: Target, develop, and close opportunities in enterprise accounts within the assigned verticals, including major accounts in banking, energy, transportation, and public administration.
  2. Territory Channel: Develop and maintain a territory channel plan for local partners, coordinate with the channel team, and manage relationships with national and global partners with local presence.
  3. Customer Relationships: Manage and coordinate all activities between Huawei and the customer, promoting the full range of Huawei Technologies solutions.
  4. Sales Planning: Create account plans to identify, quantify, and recommend sales actions to address new business opportunities, aligned with Huawei's enterprise strategy.
  5. Sales Execution: Use Huawei reporting tools for knowledge sharing, synergies, and business predictability. Work towards individual and team targets.
  6. Solution Sales: Understand and practice solution sales mechanisms and components.
  7. Account Management Skills: Forecasting, funnel management, C-level engagement, ROI analysis, account planning, power-based selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  8. Leadership: Demonstrate initiative and motivation within the team.
  9. Resource Coordination: Ensure proper handover and leverage organizational resources like presales, services, and channels.
  10. Industry Knowledge: Obtain extensive industry and Huawei enterprise skills and provide market insights and feedback.
  11. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain brand integrity.
Qualifications:
  1. Ability to develop new business models for customers with new technology.
  2. Experience managing customer accounts at both CxO and technical levels.
  3. Ability to establish brands, explore product opportunities, and develop competitive strategies.
  4. Good working knowledge of ICT solutions.
Skills / Experience:
  1. Minimum 5 years of ICT sales/account management experience, with a proven track record in sectors like banking, energy, transportation, or public administration.
  2. Experience building long-term relationships with major accounts.
  3. Excellent collaboration skills across various departments.
  4. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Willingness to face challenges and a proactive attitude.
  6. Strong task, priority, and time management skills.
