What You Will Do
  • Report to our Regional Sales Director and implement sales plans for your territory, forecasting and exceeding quotas.
  • Manage a high-velocity SaaS sales funnel through inbound and outbound leads.
  • Track opportunities using CRM and supporting tools.
  • Collaborate to improve the sales cycle, including product, support, and sales engineering.
  • Promote and work with our Partner ecosystem.
  • Convey Sysdig's key value drivers and differentiators to prospects and customers.
  • Understand the competitive market and familiarize yourself with competitors' offerings.
What You Will Bring With You
  • 7+ years of IT Enterprise Sales experience, especially in security-related deals such as SaaS security, cloud security, Kubernetes/containers, open source, and APM.
  • A proven track record of overachieving sales targets.
  • Ability to learn new products and processes quickly.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Clari; excellent verbal and written communication skills; team player.
  • Willingness to travel to support sales relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, resourcefulness, and a 'get it done' attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple pipelines, including LDR, SDR, ISR, and Channels.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments like Marketing and Customer Success.
  • Capability to engage with C-level executives, including CISO-level conversations.
What We Look For
  • SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience hunting new business in greenfield territories.
  • MEDDPICC and Challenger sales methodologies familiarity.
