As our region continues to grow, we're looking for a dedicated Enterprise Account Executive to join our EMEA Enterprise Sales team in Spain, selling Monotype’s solutions into new and existing clients in the Spanish and Dutch markets. The right candidate understands the importance of teamwork and thrives on improving their skills and experience. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates eager to learn about our unique product offerings and be part of a global, creative-led business with a rich legacy and history!

What you’ll be doing :
  1. Consult with prospective enterprise customers across your assigned territories to understand their needs and deliver Monotype’s value proposition as a trusted sales expert.
  2. Learn Monotype product offerings (including type and technologies) to become a subject matter expert for key brand clients.
  3. Create detailed account plans for each customer to identify new sales and expansion opportunities to meet or exceed your quota.
  4. Communicate Monotype’s solutions effectively to C-Level executives through strategic, value-based selling, business case development, ROI analysis, and research data.
  5. Engage with individuals from Brand, Marketing, Creative, IT, Finance, Procurement, UX, and Legal teams within key accounts.
  6. Organize, track, and maintain client account and contact information, as well as prospect updates in Salesforce.
  7. Collaborate with marketing, support, pre-sales engineering, and customer success teams across the organization.
What we’re looking for :
  1. An ambitious and organized sales professional with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, eager to establish a name in enterprise sales.
  2. Fluent in English and Spanish.
  3. Previous experience in software, technology, publishing, media, advertising, or design markets is preferred.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to manage complex sales cycles from demonstration to negotiation and closing.
  6. Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
