A leading university is seeking an enthusiastic Advisor & Marketing Coordinator to engage and support students from Eastern Europe and Central Asia. You will be the key contact, managing their journey from inquiry to graduation while marketing UCAM through various campaigns and events. Ideal candidates should possess cultural sensitivity and excellent English skills, with an added advantage for Russian speakers.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in admissions or customer service.
• English: C1 or native level; Russian is a plus.

Do you have a passion for connecting cultures and guiding students toward life-changing international experiences? As our Advisor & Marketing Coordinator, you'll be the spark that ignites the UCAM journey for future students from Eastern Europe and Central Asia. From the first curious question to graduation (and beyond!), you’ll be their key contact and facilitator.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Be the first point of contact for prospective students. Answer questions and guide them from inquiry to full enrollment at UCAM.
• Work closely with a passionate team to design and execute online and offline marketing campaigns that truly connect with your region.
• Represent UCAM with pride and energy at fairs, info sessions, open days, and student recruitment events.
• Support students through the entire process : admission, registration, orientation, and even alumni engagement.

What are we looking for?

• Cultural sensitivity and a natural ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
• At least 1 year of experience in admissions, customer service, or international markets.
• English : C1 or native level. Russian is a definite advantage.
• A flexible, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude.
