Job summary

SAP is seeking a Services Solution Advisor - Cloud Architect (CAA) to drive customer advisory across complex accounts and shape the adoption of Cloud ERP solutions. You will assess technical architecture, SAP operations, cybersecurity, and integration while guiding teams through transformations and value realization.

You will collaborate with global teams, ensure alignment with customer outcomes, and mentor colleagues to sustain high-quality service delivery and escalates as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with at least one hyperscaler (AWS/Azure/GCP/IBM Cloud).
• Solid understanding of storage, virtualization, hardware, networks, etc.
• Knowledge of SAP technologies, releases, and platform interdependencies.
• Experience implementing SAP solutions (HANA, S/4HANA) is a plus.
• Independent worker who collaborates well in teams and keeps learning.
• Awareness of data center capabilities and cybersecurity is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

As a Cloud Architect & Advisor (CAA), we are looking for an accomplished SAP Technical Architect or Operations Architect to support our business growth and deliver high-quality results consistently for our customers. You will contribute to SAP's global strategy of helping customers adopt Cloud ERP - privately or as part of their business transformation via the RISE with SAP journey. The role focuses on aligning solutions with customer needs to achieve measurable business outcomes and on supporting customers in solving business challenges through SAP Services by executing a customer-centric strategy, fostering a winning culture, and ensuring sustained adoption and value realization.

Bring it
+ 2 years of customer-facing experience
+ High proficiency in customer communications and presentations
+ Good understanding of the technical capabilities of at least one Hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM Cloud)
+ Good understanding of the entire platform stack (storage, virtualization, hardware, networks, etc.)
+ Good understanding of SAP technologies (releases, platform interdependencies, etc.)
+ Experience implementing and operating SAP solutions; SAP HANA, S/4HANA, and broader SAP solution knowledge is a benefit
+ Self-sufficient worker and strong team player with an affinity for technical topics and a willingness to continuously learn
+ Understanding of datacentre capabilities (such as high availability or disaster recovery) and cybersecurity knowledge are an advantage
+ Fluency in English is a must, any other language is an advantage.

As a CAA, you will be responsible for technically assessing our customers' transformation to Cloud ERP across the dimensions of technical architecture, SAP operations, cybersecurity and compliance, technical networking and integration, and system provisioning and solution consumption.
You will lead customer advisory engagements across complex accounts, oversee 360 assessment processes, guide teams in R4Q pipeline development and adoption strategy, ensure sustained alignment with customer-centric targets at scale, and mentor services solution advisors. You will shape how SAP Services are positioned, adopted, and consumed across customer portfolios. To support customers in solving business challenges through SAP Services by executing a customer-centric strategy, fostering a winning culture, and ensuring sustained adoption and value realization. The role focuses on aligning solutions with customer needs to achieve measurable business outcomes.
