To support our Customer Care team, we are searching for a Customer Care & Fashion Advisor – US English late shift (f/m/d) based in our Barcelona office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  1. Support our customers in the fast-growing US Market as part of a dedicated team.
  2. Provide advisory and support services for our international premium clients regarding the order process.
  3. Respond to customer requests via phone calls and emails.
  4. Deliver best-in-class customer service with a strong understanding of e-commerce.
  5. Continuously improve internal processes.
  6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including payment, customs, warehouse, and shipping to troubleshoot product and customer issues.
  7. The training hours are Monday-Friday, between 9am-8pm CET, with working hours from 3pm-12am CET.
WHO YOU ARE
  1. Excellent verbal and written US English at native level; additional languages are a plus.
  2. Experience in customer care or a service-oriented industry.
  3. Conscientious in handling customer data.
  4. Flexible, able to work under pressure, with good teamwork skills.
  5. Proactive with strong organizational and time management skills.
  6. Experience with ticketing systems is preferred.
