This role is tailored for individuals who can navigate the complexities of the UK market, targeting companies with high potential and a tech-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
  • Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
  • Consolidate and build the customer base.
  • Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
  • Ensure consistent customer follow-up.
  • Monitor competitors’ products or services and develop selling strategies.
  • Handle customer needs and inquiries.
  • Language Skills: C2 level of English (oral and written) is essential.
  • Experience: 16 Months previous sales experience is desirable. Ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing responsibilities with occasional guidance.
  • CRM Experience: solid CRM experience, able to navigate CRM platforms, analyze customer data, and support sales strategies.
  • Communication Skills: proficient communication skills, comfortable sharing information, facilitating discussions, and collaborating with team members.
  • Goal-Oriented: ability to work in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Proactive Attitude: motivated and proactive individual.
  • Team Collaboration: ability to work in a team.
  • Business Acumen: proficient business acumen, comfortable with evaluating business performance and supporting decision-making processes.

    • UK Market Knowledge: general understanding of the UK business landscape. Knowledge of market trends and key sectors.

    • UK Communication Skills: ability to communicate effectively with UK professionals. Understanding of the nuances of British business communication.
    • Familiarity with formal and informal communication styles.
    • UK Digital Knowledge:
    • General knowledge of the UK digital marketing ecosystem.
    • Understanding of digital platforms and trends in the UK.

  • Full-time (39 hours/week) hybrid position in Barcelona with a salary of 22.525€ gross/year + up to 3.975€ gross/year in bonus.
