Purpose of the role :

The Acquisition Marketing team is responsible for delivering high potential customers to our New Business Sales partners across the European markets.

Our mission is to deliver high quality and policy compliant leads, researched from various online sources and tools provided by Marketing and Sales partners.

You will be part of a dynamic, energetic and highly-skilled New Business Sales Development team based in Barcelona.

Responsibilities :
  • Prospect high quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal New Business Sales teams.
  • Assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools.
  • Conduct eligibility checks with internal tools to ensure prospects are suitable for acquisition.
  • Stay informed on industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting.
  • Understand market seasonality and collaborate with sales programs to plan lead sourcing according to the sales team’s needs.
  • Deliver a set of leads based on quarterly targets.
  • Provide weekly reports and analysis of work in a clear format.
Requirements :
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital advertising or market research.
  • Minimum education: 2nd year college or higher.
  • B2 level or higher in the supported market language.
  • Intermediate spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.).
Skills and attributes :
  • Ability to work autonomously and report progress daily.
  • Strategic thinking and awareness of market trends.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail, with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with reports, databases, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Organized, able to work under pressure in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, capable of multitasking.
  • Full-time position (39h/week, Monday to Friday).
  • Hybrid work model in Barcelona.
  • Salary: €20,825 gross/year + up to €3,675 gross/year in bonuses.
  • Referral program: Bring a Friend and earn up to €2,000 depending on the project.
