Omnitel in Barcelona is seeking a native English-speaking Junior Inside Sales to manage inbound leads and qualify marketing-generated opportunities. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with experience in lead generation or junior sales.

Applicants must have the legal right to work in Spain; visa sponsorship is not available. The position is full-time with a hybrid setup and a salary range of 30K–32K.

Formación

• Eligibility to work in Spain with a valid work permit.
• 0-2 years of experience in Sales Development or related fields.
• Experience in lead generation or junior sales roles is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, web forms, events and campaigns.
• Conduct initial qualification conversations to assess fit, interest, and buying intent.
• Transfer qualified prospects to the appropriate SDR with clear qualification notes.
• Qualify high-volume leads generated through marketing programs and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, qualification outcomes and lead status in CRM.
• Collaborate with SDRs, sales and marketing to ensure efficient lead management.
• Monitor inbound lead queues and service levels for fast response times.
• Support data quality by validating contact info and documenting insights.
