As an Expert, you will:

  • Deal in English and French with international customers based in France
  • Sell energy contracts, internet boxes and home insurance contracts: you will be responsible for selling our services to a wide range of customers. Your strength of persuasion and negotiation will be your main assets on a daily basis!
  • Receive calls and support customers: you will be responsible for receiving calls and answering customer questions, understanding their specific needs and providing them with appropriate solutions.
  • Manage contracts: you will also be responsible for terminating contracts and setting up new ones.
  • Update the CRM.

About you:

  • You have a perfect level of English & French
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales position
  • Empathetic, curious, tenacious and persuasive, you are an outstanding salesperson
  • You are comfortable with computing and have a NIE required and/or valid European passport
