Formación

  • Fluent in French with good Spanish and/or English.
  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred.

CrowdFarming is an agri-tech Farmer-to-Consumer platform that offers a sustainable and transparent alternative to fight food waste by creating a direct link between agricultural producers and consumers. Founded in 2017, we are constantly revolutionizing consumer behavior and are experiencing significant growth . Therefore, we need support for our customer service team in Madrid.

Here are some of the tasks you’d be taking on if you join us:

  • Advise and support our customers across different markets (France, UK, Sweden, etc.) via phone, email, and social media — whether it's about tracking an order, questions about our products or services, or resolving an incident
  • Gather and categorize customer feedback and suggestions to share them with the relevant internal teams
  • Collaborate with other departments to handle customer requests efficiently

Your profile
Must haves

  • You’re fluent in French and have a good level of Spanish and/or English
  • You live in Madrid or are planning to move here soon
  • You’re a great team player, but also know how to work independently
  • You’re highly adaptable
  • Challenges don’t scare you — you actually enjoy taking them on!
  • You’re enthusiastic and curious, and you love learning new things

Bonus points

  • Speaking an additional language is a plus (German, Swedish, Italian, Dutch)
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in customer service (we especially value experience in sales, logistics, agriculture, or e-commerce)
  • Sustainability is one of your core values!

In return, we offer you:

  • A permanent contract (40 hours per week).
  • Full-time schedule: a 5-day week from Monday to Sunday to provide the best service to our customers. Specifically, you would work one Saturday or Sunday every four weeks.
  • Hybrid model: two days of remote work per week (25 €/month for related expenses).
  • Partially funded health insurance by CrowdFarming (29€).
  • 250€ per year for any training you wish to undertake.
