As an Origination Project Developer, you will play a vital role within our Spaniard Project Development Team. Your primary responsibility will be the identification and evaluation of potential commercial projects in the field of renewable energy, particularly in solar & wind energy. You will be supported by our technical experts in negotiating purchase and lease agreements, as well as in the process of applying for grid connections and building permits.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Analyse restrictions and conditions of the land.
• Search for owners of selected land and work on the negotiations.
• Review solar or wind resources and layouts of the proposed plant.
• Help manage the different phases of project development.
• Comply with the quality, health and safety and environmental management system: legal compliance, monitoring of the applicable procedures, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Prior experience in negotiating land contract agreements.
• Availability for travelling within Spain.
• Driving licence (B).
