Formación

  • Experience recruiting engineering roles is a must.
  • Passion for quality and excellence.
  • Fluency in local language; German is highly valued.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Engineer to join us as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role offers global exposure and the chance to work with dedicated professionals in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for the end-to-end global recruitment process, including:

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand talent needs
  • Aligning recruitment processes with organizational goals through continuous communication
  • Managing the entire recruitment cycle from job intake to onboarding
  • Headhunting, selecting, and engaging top talent
  • Ensuring high candidate quality
  • Conducting interviews and preparing offers/contracts
  • Keeping candidates informed about the process
  • Tracking recruitment data in our system
  • Facilitating smooth onboarding for new hires
  • Participating in other HR-related activities
  • Representing Sécheron Hasler Group as an ambassador

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and the local language; German is highly valued, additional languages are a plus
  • Master’s degree in STEM fields or HR/Finance with experience recruiting engineering roles
  • A passion for quality and pursuit of excellence
  • Strong team spirit
