We’re currently searching for an enthusiastic Engineer to work as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the group and create a big impact on the acquisition of top technical talents. You’re going to have global exposure and be able to find and work with very dedicated professionals in a great environment.

Integrating the HR team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end global recruitment process, with main functions including :

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand talent needs.
  • Continuously communicate to align recruitment process with organizational goals.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job intake to onboarding.
  • Headhunt, select, and engage with top talent.
  • Strive for excellence in candidate quality.
  • Conduct interviews and create offers / contracts.
  • Maintain candidates informed about the recruitment process.
  • Keep tracking of the information in our system.
  • Facilitate onboarding with a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Participate in other HR related topics.
  • Be an ambassador of Sécheron Hasler Group.

Requirements

  • English and local language fluency mandatory. German very valued, other languages are a plus.
  • Master’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) preferred, or HR / Finance related fields with experience recruiting engineering technical positions.
  • Passion for quality and search for excellence.
  • Good team spirit.
