Formación

• Experiencia probada en diseño y desarrollo de partes plásticas en la industria automotriz.
• Más de 2 años de experiencia como Ingeniero de Proyectos en el sector automotriz.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar el diseño e industrialización de piezas plásticas y herramientas asociadas.
• Actuar como punto de referencia técnico para el cliente.
• Coordinar reuniones y flujos de información técnica.

to lead the design and industrialization of the project, ensuring quality, cost, and timing of ongoing projects. They will be the main technical contact with the client and will manage a cross-functional technical team throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Missions : Lead the design and industrialization of plastic parts and associated tools (molds, fixtures, validation, etc.). Act as the technical point of reference for the client : coordinate meetings, presentations, and the flow of technical information. Analyze parts, review geometry, define adjustments, and validate product / process convergence. Coordinate the update of CAD drawings with the design leader. Manage mold tuning and follow up with mold makers. Oversee the validation plan in collaboration with laboratories. Participate in KPI management, action plans, monthly reports, and reporting to the Customer Engineering Director. Comply with HSE standards throughout all project phases. Manage technical meetings with clients and suppliers.

Requirements : Proven experience in the design and development of plastic parts for the automotive industry. Technical knowledge of standards related to design, molds, injection processes, and part measurement. Higher education degree. Experience as Engineering Project Manager (+2 years) at automotive sector. High level of English and Spanish. Location : Near to Barcelona.
