Roche is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of data modelers and CMDB specialists, aligning data architecture with business needs and product contexts. You will own CMDB governance, implement scalable operational models, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Product Management and Observability teams.

You will shape performance metrics, automation rules, and ongoing capability development, ensuring robust, scalable ITSM and CMDB practices across enterprise products.

Formación

• 5+ years in ITSM, CMDB design or IT operations.
• 2+ years in team leadership or technical coordination.
• Knowledge of ITSM/CMDB structures and tools like ServiceNow/Jira Service Management.
• ITIL framework certification is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic & Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of data modelers and support architecture specialists.
• Support Model & CMDB Governance: Act as the accountable authority for CMDB data quality standards and modeling guidelines.
• Cross-Functional Consulting: Translate complex contexts into robust operational structures with Product Managers and Stars.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance: Define metrics, health checks, and automated validation for dependencies and routing logic.
• Process Enablement & Frameworks: Standardize playbooks and self-service guidelines for ITSM interfaces.
• AI Tools and Automation Adoption: Define AI-driven rulesets to identify gaps and automate actions in the CMDB.
