Datadog is seeking an Engineering Manager for the OrgStore Blueprint Team. You will guide a high-performing group of engineers, shaping technical roadmaps and collaborating with product and support teams to deliver mission-critical data storage and search capabilities.

You will mentor engineers, manage projects across multiple streams, and ensure reliable, scalable infrastructure with cutting-edge AI-enabled tooling and practices. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Formación

• Seasoned software engineer with experience in building developer tools, running databases, and maintaining infrastructure with reliability focus.

Responsabilidades

• Guide and mentor a diverse team of 4-8 software engineers, fostering career growth and high performance.
• Drive the technical roadmap with product and support teams to align with business goals and improve customer satisfaction.
• Engage with complex technical problems and produce actionable plans.
• Be a core contributor and reviewer of code, lead design decisions, and participate in on-call rotation.
• Align technical decisions with business objectives to drive long-term innovation.
• Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives as part of Datadog’s engineering management team.
