Job Description

About the team:

The New Ventures area pioneers innovative solutions, including establishing the noa.ai ecosystem. One key project is Noa Notes, which automates clinical note creation using AI to listen to consultations, extract key information, and produce structured notes—saving time and improving patient care.

Role

We seek a strategic Engineering Manager for the Noa Medic area, reporting to the Engineering Director. You will lead multiple teams, oversee project execution, support staffing and processes, and foster team development. Initially, you will focus on transitioning the Noa Notes project to the main teams and enabling rapid development of new features, requiring a product mindset and a co-founder approach.

Managing the team:

• Lead a team of 8 senior software engineers.
• Facilitate technical decisions aligning with requirements.
• Collaborate with technical and product leaders to develop strategies.
• Ensure effective communication within and across teams.

Managing the project:

• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders.
• Act as hands-on project manager and leader.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Assess risks and manage trade-offs.
• Support go-to-market strategies.

Organizing the area:

• Develop platform and infrastructure strategies.
• Coordinate with Data Science and ML teams.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships.

People development:

• Mentor and coach team members.
• Provide feedback and support career growth.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
