Job Description

About the team:

The New Ventures area leads innovation, developing new ventures and solutions like Noa.ai ecosystem. One initiative, Noa Notes, automates clinical notes during patient consultations using AI to extract medical information, saving time and improving workflow.

Role

We seek a strategic leader as Engineering Manager for New Ventures / Noa Medic. Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will manage multiple teams, focus on greenfield projects, support area organization, and foster professional growth.

Initially, you will oversee the handover of Noa Notes, develop transition strategies, and lead the transformation for rapid development of Noa Skills. A product mindset, agility, and a partner approach are essential.

Managing the team

• Lead 8 senior software engineers.
• Facilitate technical decisions.
• Align with technical and product leaders on strategy.
• Ensure team communication and goal alignment.

Managing the project

• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders.
• Act as hands-on project manager and leader.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Assess risks and manage trade-offs.
• Support go-to-market strategies.

Organizing the area

• Develop platform and infrastructure strategies.
• Coordinate with Data Science and ML/Ops teams.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and teams.

Develop people

• Mentor and coach team members.
• Provide feedback and support career goals.
• Assess performance regularly.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, inclusive culture.
