Job Description

About the team:

The New Ventures area leads innovation and develops new revenue-generating solutions, including establishing a cohesive noa.ai ecosystem. One key project is Noa Notes, which automates clinical note creation during patient consultations using advanced AI, capturing essential medical information efficiently and accurately.

Role

We seek a strategic Engineering Manager for the New Ventures / Noa Medic area. Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will lead multiple teams, oversee greenfield projects, support organizational processes, and foster professional growth. Initially, your focus will be on transitioning the Noa Notes project to the appropriate teams and enabling rapid development of new Noa Skills, requiring a product mindset, agility, and a partner approach.

Managing the team

• Lead a team of 8 senior software engineers.
• Facilitate technical decisions aligned with requirements.
• Collaborate with technical and product leaders to develop strategies.
• Ensure effective communication within and across teams.

Managing the project

• Define project scopes and objectives with stakeholders.
• Act as a hands-on project manager and leader.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Assess risks and manage trade-offs.
• Support go-to-market strategies.

Organizing the area

• Support platform and infrastructure strategy development.
• Coordinate with Data Science and ML/Ops teams.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and teams.

Develop people

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching.
• Offer regular feedback and support career development.
• Assess performance and foster a collaborative, innovative, inclusive culture.

Compensation: Salary based on experience, transparent, with flexible benefits via Flexoh, and share options after 6 months.
