easyJet holidays is building a new digital hub in Barcelona and seeks an Engineering Manager - Loyalty to lead the eCommerce retention platform. You will own the mission's technical vision, drive architecture decisions, and coordinate multiple squads across web, mobile, and backend services in a hybrid working setup.

• Proven track record leading complex software platforms.
• Experience with SaaS integrations and multi-squad delivery.
• Strong proficiency in modern languages and cloud platforms.
