easyJet is expanding its eCommerce Platform Delivery team and seeking a Delivery Manager to coordinate changes across multiple squads and work with engineering, product and architecture to drive agile delivery. You will ensure alignment with strategic goals, enable teams to self-organise, and maintain operational reliability in a hybrid Barcelona setting.

You will partner with Product Owners and Lead Engineers, balance capacity, mitigate risks, and promote a high-performance culture.

• Extensive experience delivering in high-transaction, technology-driven environments using agile methodologies.
• Strong business awareness and ability to consider cost and operational impact of decisions.
• Proven coaching and mentoring to foster high-performance teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Mission-level delivery of features and initiatives across multiple squads, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and agile principles.
• Define squad priorities and outcomes and enable teams to self-organise to deliver value.
• Balance workload and capacity across squads to optimise delivery pace, quality, and reliability.
• Partner with Technical Product Owners and Lead Software Engineers to ensure feasibility and alignment with standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies and conflicts to ensure continuity of delivery.
• Foster a high-performance culture with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Champion consistent agile practices to accelerate delivery and agility.
• Engage stakeholders to communicate progress and ensure outcomes meet business objectives.

As an Delivery Manager within the eCommerce Platform Delivery team, you will take accountability for changes to systems & applications as well as multiple squads within a defined Mission. You will work closely with engineering, product, and architecture teams to facilitate agile delivery, ensure squads achieve their objectives efficiently, and foster high‑performing teams. You will enable seamless integration across channels, platforms, and services, drive operational agility, and support the continuous delivery of new customer‑facing features.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and conflicts across squads and Missions, ensuring proactive resolution and continuity of delivery
• Foster a high‑performance culture within squads, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Advocate for consistent agile practices and frameworks across the Mission to accelerate delivery and improve operational agility
• Engage stakeholders and delivery partners to communicate progress, manage expectations, and ensure outcomes meet business and customer objectives

What You’ll Bring To The Team

• Takes ownership of delivery, setting clear targets, monitoring progress, adapting plans, and motivating squads to achieve outcomes
• Demonstrates strong business awareness, considering cost, operational impact, and long‑term implications of decisions
• Guides and develops teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management to foster a high‑performance culture
• Builds positive and constructive relationships across teams and stakeholders, communicating clearly and influencing effectively
• Extensive experience delivering in high‑transaction, technology‑driven environments using agile methodologies
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple squads, manage dependencies, and align delivery across Missions
• Familiarity with cloud and commerce technologies such as AWS, APIs, mobile platforms, and analytics, with the ability to engage in technical discussions
• Practical and innovative problem‑solving skills, applying structured approaches to overcome challenges
