DKB Code Factory GmbH in Valencia is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Business Banking Self Credit team, building a high-performing full-stack engineering group and driving delivery excellence and technical innovation.

You will own both people leadership and technology strategy in a dynamic, agile environment, aligning with product, platform, and business stakeholders while coaching engineers and shaping the 12-month roadmap.

Formación

Experience leading software engineering teams in agile environments.
Backend and/or mobile development background (Kotlin or SwiftUI preferred).
Experience with API-driven systems and banking workflows.
Strong track record delivering high-quality software with risk management.
Coaching, performance management and developing engineering talent.
Excellent communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Familiar with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Scrum, Kanban, Design Sprints and User Story Mapping.
Passion for building team culture focused on customer value and growth.
You balance work with your personal time.

Responsabilidades

Lead and enable a full-stack development team to deliver high-quality software aligned with goals.
Establish and continuously improve engineering standards and processes.
Coach engineers through regular 1:1s, feedback, and growth planning.
Manage hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up of new team members.
Maintain and execute a 12-month technical roadmap with stakeholders.
Own team execution health, risks, and dependencies.
Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning and customer-centric innovation.
