DKB Code Factory is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Business Banking Self Credit team, shaping people leadership and technology strategy in an agile environment. You will build and mentor a high-performing full-stack engineering team, drive delivery excellence, and collaborate with product, platform, and business stakeholders to execute a 12-month roadmap.

Expect to own team health, risk management, and dependencies, foster customer-centric innovation, and promote best practices

Formación

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams in agile, full-stack environments.
• Strong background in backend and/or mobile development, ideally Kotlin or SwiftUI.
• Experience with API-driven systems and banking workflows is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality software with effective risk and dependency management.
• Skilled in coaching, performance management, and developing engineering talent.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and enable a full-stack development team (backend + mobile) to deliver high-quality software aligned with product and architectural goals.
• Establish and continuously improve engineering standards, delivery processes, and team health.
• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s, feedback, and growth planning.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up of new team members for smooth integration.
• Maintain and execute a 12-month technical roadmap in collaboration with product, platform, and business stakeholders.
• Act as the primary owner of team execution health, risks, and dependencies.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and customer-centric innovation.
