Salary: $248K–$279K + equity + benefits

Role Overview

Lead Discord’s Experiences team within the Growth organization, focused on solving key user pain points to drive activation, engagement, and retention. Work with a full stack engineering team and cross-functional partners to execute on high-impact growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
