Schwarz Digits is seeking a Servant Leader to guide a team responsible for Data & AI products and the Golang/Kubernetes stack. You will design, develop, provision, and operate data services while shaping the product roadmap and aligning with customer needs.

Ideal candidates have several years of experience with Go and Kubernetes, strong problem solving and communication skills, and business fluency in English (German is a strong plus).

Formación

• Several years of experience in development and implementation of software products using Golang and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to guide teams across functions.
• Experience with design, architecture, and operation of cloud services is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and recruit the right candidates to enable STACKIT's growth.
• Design, develop, provision, and operate Data & AI products; contribute to system designs and service performance.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure scalability, maintainability, and correctness.
• Understand customer needs, own the technical vision, and contribute to the product roadmap.
