Schwarz Digits is seeking a Servant Leader to guide a team responsible for Data & AI products and the Golang/Kubernetes stack. You will design, develop, provision, and operate data services while shaping the product roadmap and aligning with customer needs.

Ideal candidates have several years of experience with Go and Kubernetes, strong problem solving and communication skills, and business fluency in English (German is a strong plus).

You search and find the right candidates to successfully enable the growth of STACKIT.

You are responsible for the design, development, provision, and operation of our Data & AI products and are significantly involved in the creation and validation of system designs and the operational performance of the services.

You conduct code reviews, thereby ensuring that the code meets our requirements regarding scalability, maintainability, and correctness.

You have a comprehensive understanding of your customers' needs, are responsible for the technical vision of the product, and are significantly involved in the roadmap.

You have several years of experience in the development and implementation of software products with Golang and Kubernetes.

You possess strong problem-solving and communication skills. You ideally have experience in the development, architecture, and operation of Cloud Services.

A strong team spirit and the ability to communicate effectively across functions are natural for you.

You are business fluent in English (German is a strong plus).
