Are you a seasoned engineering leader passionate about driving technical excellence and nurturing high-performing teams? Join us in Alicante to lead our new team dedicated to empowering customers-particularly those facing regulatory requirements-to deploy and operate our advanced cloud-native platform directly within their own Azure tenants, ensuring complete data ownership and operational control.

About the Role

As our Engineering Manager, you will provide technical leadership and guidance to a talented, cross-functional team focused on building, deploying, and continuously improving our modern, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions. You will foster a collaborative, high-performance environment, ensuring the team consistently delivers scalable, secure, and reliable solutions aligned with customer and business goals.

Please note that this position is hybrid, we are looking for a person who’s looking forward to joining our lively office community in Alicante for at least 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality delivery that consistently meets customer requirements and business objectives.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams to streamline product delivery and ensure successful implementation.
• Lead and grow a skilled engineering team consisting of developers, testers, DevOps engineers, and technical writers.
• Guide technical strategy and ensure the team's solutions align with best practices and industry standards.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

Expected Experience

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or a similar leadership role within software engineering organization.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and growth within your team.
• Experience in product development and the agile development life cycle.
• Knowledge about cloud-native technologies and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices.
• Experience with Azure cloud solutions and familiarity with regulatory compliance and data privacy standards.
