With strong financial backing and global reach, they’re continuing to invest heavily in AI innovation — and are now hiring an AI Engineering Manager to lead one of their most strategic teams.

Role and responsibilities :

• Design and deploy machine learning models for campaign performance, user segmentation, and predictive analytics.
• Build intelligent systems that handle large-scale marketing data — from ad impressions to user behavior.
• Tackle data quality issues using scalable, automated AI solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to refine strategies using machine learning insights.
• Drive forward the implementation of LLM-based tools and marketing automation powered by AI.
• ML Techniques : Supervised, Unsupervised, Semi-Supervised, Reinforcement Learning
• LLMs : OpenAI, Bard, prompt engineering, fine-tuning
• Languages / Frameworks : Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch
• Explainability tools : SHAP, LIME

Job requirements :

What They’re Looking For

• Proven experience leading technical teams delivering ML / AI solutions in production.
• Ability to break down complex projects into achievable, business-aligned milestones.
• Strong background in building scalable, maintainable ML systems.
• Experience with deploying LLM-based tools is a plus.
• Excellent mentoring, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience applying AI to digital marketing use cases.
• Advanced degree (MSc, PhD) in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Statistics.
