Tech Lead / Engineering Manager – Hands-On | SaaS Startup | Remote

Location : Remote (Flexible Hours)

We've tripled our revenue in the past year and scaled our engineering team to 60+ world-class developers. Now, we're looking for an experienced Tech Lead / Engineering Manager to lead a talented squad of 10 engineers while remaining deeply hands-on in the code .

Lead a cross-functional team of 10 engineers, guiding delivery, performance, and culture.

Collaborate with leadership to shape our product and engineering vision.

Drive a high-performance team culture through mentorship, feedback, and clear direction.

Backend : We're open to candidates from either a backend or frontend background – what matters most is technical excellence and leadership experience .

3+ years of experience leading teams of 5+ engineers.

Senior-level engineering skills with a strong foundation in either frontend or backend development.

A passion for scaling teams and products in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fully remote setup.
