• Ensure efficient workflow by coordinating with cross-functional teams and understanding project scope and technical requirements.

• Define goals, performance metrics, and strategies in collaboration with leadership.
• Provide technical guidance and engineering judgment to support customer projects and resolve issues.
• Strengthen customer relationships, anticipate needs, and provide proactive solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, quality standards, and security practices.

Qualifications

• University degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent) in Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product certification. 1-2 years of leadership experience (preferred).
• Project management expertise and strong customer management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to promote technical solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration, trust-building, and driving results.
• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
