Responsibilities

• Drive process improvements to achieve financial results.
• Implement and execute capacity and competency management under the supervision of the Business Manager.
• Ensure effective workflow by collaborating with cross-functional leaders and clients to understand project scope and technical needs, and allocate resources effectively.
• Lead a high-performance team managing performance and development of team members.
• Operate effectively within UL's matrix to support and promote high-performance cultural changes, transformation initiatives, and staff engagement.
• Hold the team and oneself accountable for results, assisting the Business Manager in setting goals, performance objectives, and metrics to execute strategy.
• Develop and train team members through coaching, professional guidance, feedback, and mentoring to foster high performance and morale.
• Ensure understanding and compliance with all policies and requirements.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions to increase client loyalty.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in product certification.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience is valued.
• Project management experience.
• Strong client management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to promote services to decision-makers, owners, operators, credit entities, and investors.
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills to build trust, sell, and close orders.
• Strong team spirit and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
