INFINNI is seeking a hands-on Engineering Lead to design and scale backend services powering our global creator platform. You will mentor engineers, own system architecture, and drive engineering excellence across distributed teams in Europe and Asia.

You will collaborate with Product, Infrastructure and DevOps to champion reliability and high-quality execution. Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is valued for cross-regional work.

Formación

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years as Tech Lead or engineering lead.
• Strong backend experience in Java or Go.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture, development and evolution of scalable backend services and distributed systems.
• Drive technical decisions, architecture standards and engineering best practices.
• Contribute hands-on to system design, implementation, reviews and production troubleshooting.
• Improve system reliability, scalability, observability and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, DevOps and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor engineers and promote a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Scale and organize engineering teams as the company grows, supporting hiring and onboarding.
