INFINIT is hiring a Software Engineer (B2B Lending & Payments) in Madrid to own the financial infrastructure powering client financing. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand problems and ship solutions, not just execute tickets.

You will drive loan application experiences, ensure secure and accurate payments, and support audit workflows to maintain collateral control across the loan lifecycle.

Formación

The Role

We are hiring a Software Engineer (B2B Lending & Payments) to take ownership of the financial infrastructure that powers how our clients finance their assets through INFINIT. You will work with business stakeholders and clients to understand why a problem matters before deciding what to build and ship. This is not a ticket‑execution role.

• Craft an outstanding experience for a client going through a loan application, from request submission to financing confirmation, ensuring every step is clear, fast, and trustworthy.
• Guarantee that every payment executed throughout the loan lifecycle (interest accruals, supplier disbursements, reimbursement) is processed correctly, securely, and without exception.
• Support physical audit and due diligence workflows that allow us to maintain control over collateral throughout the loan life.

What you need to be successful in this role

• Expertise in C# & .NET Engineering, mastery of the .NET ecosystem and experience building high‑performance, distributed backend systems.
• Strong background in regulated financial environments: core banking & ledger logic, loan origination, payment execution, and understanding the costs of errors.
• Mission‑critical ownership: proven ability to own features end‑to‑end, from workflow analysis to code delivery and transaction reliability.
• Highly effective stakeholder communication, translating deep technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and prioritizing engineering tasks.
• Experience leveraging modern developer tools to accelerate development while maintaining rigorous code quality standards.
