Formación

You will be part of the Maintenance Department, a key area ensuring the operational reliability, efficiency, and safety of our production assets.

Our team plays a vital role in the continuous improvement of processes and the implementation of best practices in maintenance and engineering.

How can you help us?

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Electromechanical Engineer to lead and oversee the maintenance operations within our production facilities.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities—both preventive and corrective—are carried out efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality.

Your main responsibilities

  • Manage, plan, and supervise all maintenance tasks (preventive, corrective, and predictive) performed by both internal and external technicians.
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of all maintenance work carried out.
  • Identify and analyze equipment anomalies and breakdowns; draft detailed reports and discuss them with the technical team.
  • Suggest and implement continuous improvements to the preventive maintenance plan.
  • Manage maintenance operations autonomously using the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
  • Coordinate effectively with other technical departments and Production managers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures at all times.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the maintenance team to achieve optimal performance.

Skills and Competencies

Background: Minimum education: Technical Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

Additional training: Industrial Electricity, Mechatronics and Automation, Understanding of industrial programming languages and communication networks

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within an industrial or food production environment

Languages: B2 level of English (spoken and written)

Technical knowledge: Machinery and equipment used in the food industry, Preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, CMMS software (e.g., GMAO), RCM, LEAN methodologies, CAD, Industrial organization and process optimization

Competences: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Autonomous decision-making in technical environments, Ability to assimilate new technologies and tools quickly, Proven leadership and team management capabilities, Excellent communication skills with a proactive and collaborative approach, Strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
