International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Engineer at our Alcantarilla site to ensure reliability and safety of electrical, mechanical, and structural systems.

You will develop maintenance plans, evaluate equipment feasibility, and drive improvements in collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and EHS teams. The role emphasizes technical leadership, data-driven decision making and strong communication within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) required.
• Strong background in industrial maintenance within manufacturing.
• Ability to lead projects and work across departments.
