At Factorial, we're on the lookout for an Engagement & Rituals Specialist to take our People team to the next level .

The Role

Are you passionate about creating meaningful, memorable experiences at work? We’re seeking a junior Engagement & Rituals Specialist to breathe life into office culture through engaging rituals, afterworks, perks, and branded experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

Plan and execute afterworks, including targeted get-togethers, handling communications, merchandising, logistics, and on-site coordination.

Design office rituals and surprise “special days" to foster connection and belonging.

Research and launch new benefits to enhance wellbeing and workplace satisfaction.

Own internal merch strategy: manage branded inventory (stock, orders), design and assemble onboarding kits and welcome packs, ensuring every piece communicates culture and pride .

Maintain and elevate engagement processes across platforms: regularly update workflows, craft engaging communications, and ensure consistency in rituals and events .

Support Diversity & Inclusion events from prep through execution, ensuring inclusion and impact

What We’re Looking For

You’re likely a great fit if you:

1–2 years of experience in event coordination, office culture, or engagement.

Exceptionally organized, proactive, and skilled at multitasking in dynamic environments.

Collaborative with a creative, warm energy that uplifts and energizes the workspace.

The salary range for this role is from 23,000€ to 26,000€. We won't consider how many years of experience you have but your knowledge and skills.
