Are you fluent in German, passionate about technology, and looking for your next big challenge? We are looking for a proactive Engagement Manager to join an international team supporting Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) in growing their business through cloud marketplace solutions.

This is a hybrid role based in Málaga, where youll work with top ISVs from onboarding through go-to-market success, combining strategic account management and cloud solution advocacy.

What Youll Be Doing
  • Onboard software vendors and guide them through program benefits and technical enablement

  • Support go-to-market planning and coordinate consultations with technical specialists

  • Proactively manage vendor pipelines to help them meet publication goals

  • Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with ISVs to maintain engagement

  • Identify and solve onboarding or program-related challenges

  • Promote events, resources, and tools to accelerate vendor success

  • Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to support cloud solution adoption

What You Bring
  • Proficiency in German and advanced English (spoken and written)

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales/marketing, 1+ year in account management, and some experience in tech or IT environments

  • Understanding of cloud platforms and ISV go-to-market dynamics

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365) and Microsoft tools

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Organized, self-motivated, and client-oriented
