Une entreprise de premier plan recherche un leader stratégique en Data & Analytics pour superviser la conception et la mise en œuvre de solutions basées sur les données. Le candidat idéal aura plus de 8 ans d'expérience, une solide connaissance des technologies BI et Big Data, et des compétences en gestion d'équipe et des parties prenantes. Ce rôle implique de gérer plusieurs projets tout en alignant les objectifs des clients avec les stratégies internes.

Formación

• Expérience prouvée de 8+ ans en gestion de projets BI, Big Data et Advanced Analytics.
• Compréhension forte des métriques financières en consulting.
• Connaissance des cycle de vie des projets de données et des architectures modernes.

Responsabilidades

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Data & Analytics Leader to oversee the design, implementation, and delivery of data-driven solutions across multiple projects and clients. You will play a critical role in bridging business and technology, leading multidisciplinary teams and engaging with key stakeholders to ensure the success of Data & Analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in the analysis, design, and deployment of solutions based on Data & Analytics technologies.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of projects and services related to Business Intelligence, Big Data, and Advanced Analytics.
• Align project goals with both client expectations and internal strategic objectives.
• Oversee forecasting, planning, opportunity identification, and financial closing activities.
• Take ownership of project financials (revenue, direct / indirect costs, contribution margin, net profit).
• Identify and resolve critical issues across projects, ensuring successful execution.
• Lead people management efforts including team development, motivation, retention, and career planning.
• Promote a productive, inclusive, and safe work environment.
• Supervise and coordinate team operations, ensuring internal processes are efficient and aligned with strategic goals.
• Play a key role in generating and developing new business opportunities (from proposal design to technical / economic structuring).
• Manage multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously with confidence.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients and technology partners.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience (8+ years) in BI, Big Data, and Advanced Analytics project management.
• Strong knowledge of data project lifecycles : from initial scoping and development to production deployment.
• Experience with modern BI, Big Data, and ML / DL architectures and tools.
• Familiarity with leading market solutions in BI, Data, and Analytics.
• Business acumen and understanding of financial metrics in consulting : revenue, costs, margins, profitability.
• Strong ability to identify and pursue commercial opportunities.
