Formación

You will assist in transforming their business models to seize opportunities from the new digital economy and energy transition. This includes undergoing digital transformation, introducing disruptive technologies and data analytics across all business processes to enable new competitive advantages and change traditional practices.

You will manage complex transformational programs in multinational companies, working on challenging projects that have a meaningful impact on clients. This role offers diversification of experience through involvement in various projects and multidisciplinary teams. You will develop a deep understanding of the energy industry, enabling you to make a real impact on clients by addressing their challenges with analytical frameworks and strategic insights.

Your responsibilities include developing and synthesizing business conclusions, communicating effectively with executive sponsors (C-Level), and participating in the full business cycle—designing new offerings, preparing project proposals, and engaging clients for ongoing business relationships.

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or similar fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in management consulting, energy & utilities companies, or related industries.
• Knowledge of the energy sector is highly valuable.
• Proficiency in Office 365 tools for developing complex business cases and C-Level documents.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
