Jobtailor is seeking a proactive Transaction Operations Specialist to support energy trading operations, ensuring accurate deal entry, validation, settlement, and confirmations.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Risk, Accounting, Logistics, and IT to maintain smooth daily operations and resolve issues efficiently. A strong analytical mindset and knowledge of ETRM/SAP are valuable assets.

Formación

• Experience in energy trading operations and back-office activity.
• Strong knowledge of energy/financial markets, settlements, and operational risk management.
• Fluent English communication; additional European languages preferred.
• Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with process optimization skills.
• Project management and IT proficiency; familiarity with ETRM and SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Support transaction management across energy trading operations.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Risk, Accounting, Logistics, and IT teams.
• Monitor and improve operational processes, controls, and quality standards.
• Handle operational inquiries via shared mailboxes and JIRA, serving as a key desk contact.
• Contribute to IT and process-improvement projects, including system enhancements and market integrations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control processes.
