This role combines technical expertise with strategic project leadership.

Formación

• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in energy sector project management.
• At least 7 years of advisory or delivery experience on renewable electricity production project preparation.
• At least 5 years of project management experience as Team Leader or Project Manager of feasibility studies for clean energy production projects.

Conocimientos

Fluency in English (CEFR C1)

Excellent communication skills

Computer literacy

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead a feasibility study for a PV electricity production plant with electricity storage facilities in Aninoasa, Lupeni, and Uricani municipalities.

The location for this assignment is Jiu Valley, Romania.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or Economy
• Fluency in written and spoken English (CEFR C1)
• Fluency in written and spoken Romanian is an asset
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams)

Key Expertise

• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in energy sector project management
• At least 7 years of advisory or delivery experience on renewable electricity production project preparation
• At least 5 years of project management experience as Team Leader or Project Manager of feasibility studies for clean energy production projects
• At least 5 years of experience as Team Leader or Project Manager of feasibility studies for electricity storage projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Romania is an asset
• International experience is an asset
